“Want to get a degree? Don’t want to travel to Sims University to earn it? You’re in luck! Sims University now offers fully online degrees.”

This mod allows sims to work towards completing a university degree on the computer.

This is a script mod that can be placed in your Packages folder. It was built and tested on 1.69 but should work fine on 1.67.

This mod requires The Sims 3: University Life.

Online University Benefits

Attending university online is cheaper than going to campus and doesn’t require your sim to leave their homeworld or set up a homeworld university to get a degree and its perks.

They can also work on multiple degrees simultaneously!

Obtaining an Online Degree

It takes 96 in-game hours to complete a degree and your sim will get their diploma and extra trait once they’re done.

If your sim has traits that correspond with a specific degree (Ex: Artistic trait and Fine Arts), they will complete that degree faster than sims without them.

If your sim has the Genius trait, they will complete all degrees faster than sims without it.

If your sim has the Absent Minded trait, they will complete all degrees slower than sims without it.

Your sim will be charged for their degree upon completion.

Register For Online University - Available under the new Sims University Online pie menu on computers and laptops.

Enroll in [Degree Name] Degree - Available under the new Sims University Online pie menu on computers and laptops once a sim registers for online university.

Continue [Degree Name] Degree - Available under the new Sims University Online pie menu on computers and laptops once a sim enrolls in an online degree.

Tuning

All of the tunable values can be found on the mod download page under the header “Tuning”.

This is a new script mod so there shouldn’t be any conflicts.

WARNING UPDATE ALERT: The Get Out Project has just received several improvements, which will be summarized below (check the DOWNLOAD HERE for more details).

What this mod (update) does:

Adds parameters that control the individual movement behavior of lots, making them more realistic.
Increases the minimum and maximum number of Sims in each lot for a more organic movement.
Adjusts the behavior of Sims before and after the opening of lots to avoid overcrowding.
Introduces "rivalry" parameters among Sims for more chaos and drama.
Allows Sims to have favorite locations, directing them frequently to those places.
Forces Sims to use their own vehicles to visit community lots, increasing the variety of cars in the neighborhood.
Regulates the use of taxis by NPCs, encouraging their use only when necessary (or when there are no available vehicles for personal use).
Increases the number of pedestrians in the neighborhood and allows neighbors to visit your house more often.
Adjusts the incentive to leave the house based on Sims' traits.
Expands the simulation area, allowing for a larger simulated area in the game without affecting performance.

What this mod doesn't do:

This mod doesn't turn Sims into Star Trek-style teleportation masters. Sorry, they still have to move around the lots like ordinary people.
This mod brings an organic and natural approach, where Sims need to take the initiative to choose, leave their homes, and go to the lots they want to visit, so automatic lot filling is out. No easy shortcuts!
Also, forget about the idea of a parallel reality where the same Sim can be in two different places at the same time, depending on the player's camera focus. Unfortunately, we're not The Sims 3's version of Doctor Strange.

Ts4-Ts3 Stretchmarks for Teen-Elder

This is my first post on tumblr, because MTS rejectet it just because of the freaking Thumbnail. Anyway....

This is a Sims 3 conversion of the stretchmarks that are added not to long ago.

They are for all Genders Teen-Elder.

These are not CASTable (Technically they are but they don’t change colour if editet)

There are two types of Stretchmarks, Front and Back. Both are in the Armband Category under Accessories.

I recommend this thread that shows you how to put more than one accessories from the same type on your sim.

Graduation: Midori graduated high school with flying colors! Her papas couldn’t be prouder of her big girl. It was quite a tearjerking moment for The Sharpes (also the ‘Farewell Hug’ interaction is so cute!).
